Groupy
On Friday, when I departed from Alicante, my passport was stamped despite me surrendering my TIE at the same time. The officer informed me that this was a new requirement, and my TIE, which is less than a year old, was not sufficient. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do? Anderson
It is typical for third country nationals, especially those with temporary residency, to have their passports stamped upon both entry and exit. Although UK nationals who are protected under the Withdrawal Agreement should not have their passports stamped, it appears to be a common occurrence regardless. If your passport has been stamped, there is no need to worry. Please remember about the rules staying in the country to renew your residency in future or for getting long-term residency card. How does Spanish government track how long a person has been away from Spain? Quote I live in Spain, love this country and share my experience with others.
