Which city is the best for learning and practicing Spanish?

Hola fellow nomads. In summer I want to visit Spain for 6 weeks to work on my Spanish. I was wondering which city you would suggest me? My first two choices were Barcelona or Valencia, however it’s Catalan or Valencian spoken. Looking forward to your suggestions
