Anderson Posted January 16 Share Posted January 16 You can book an appointment at a clinic testing center up to 3 months in advance prior to license expiry date. During my eye exam, I wore glasses and completed computer coordination tests. I was asked me questions about my general health and examined my prescription. If you apply for a new license in advance, the process may take some time (four weeks in my case) and you won't have to "surrender" your current license until it expires.
