Yapi
What are the policies on homeschooling in Spain? Recently, I heard that Spanish children have some of the most abundant homework in Europe. Is it true? I'm wondering if there are schools with low workloads, or if I can just teach myself the basics of STEM.
Olga
In fact, homeschooling is illegal in Spain, all kids from 6 y.o. are obliged to go to school, but there can be found a tricky gap: if you are coming back and forth and spend less than 6 months in a year in Spain and do not have residency - the kids can be on homeschooling. Frankly speaking, some schools started to have "free of homework" policy 🙂
